The clients’ main objective was to bring in as much light as possible, and creating a space that would maximise the colour selection. The custom-designed vanity was the main factor in our clients wish list and this was achieved by using shadow clad panelling to the face of the vanity and feature walls.</image:caption>

Our clients set out to achieve a Gold and Grey colour combination that would feature a white stone benchtop and white tiles on a wall where required. Our clients on this project pre-purchased all fixtured and fittings including tiles, as the clients wanted a hands on approach for the design and selection process for their project.</image:caption>

After our initial in home consultation, we provided a design to our clients with the sole focus to emphasise the use of white subway tiles layed in a Herringbone pattern. The brief was to include a shower space without the function of an operational door and incorporate a free standing toilet that was different to most.</image:caption>

Our client purchased this apartment with the intent to completely renovate the most important part of the home. Our initial consultation onsite was to see the existing conditions of the home, and as a result our client provided us with a design of this kitchen that they wanted us to build. The following day we presented a design and adding the Gold pendants as their point of difference, in addition to the Gold trim around the cabinetry and island benchtop. Completed with gold fixtures and fittings, this kitchen was transformed into a modern day space complementing a simple yet effective white colour mood.</image:caption>

Our clients main focus on the design for this bathroom was for us to introduce a vanity that had the bowl set to one side, and allow our client to have ample space to the right. In addition to this request, we also were briefed to introduce a natural timber colour to the face of the vanity with draws as the main operation for storage. Moving onto the design for the new kitchen, our clients only request was to introduce a subway tile to be layed horizontally. The overhead cabinet colour was Cinder by Polytec and the colour was chosen by a renovation to a Kitchen in Bentleigh East that we completed prior to the sale of that property</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Location: Bentleigh East • Duration: 12 Weeks • Point of difference: Stacker Servery Bi-fold Window • Scope: Complete Home Renovation • Brief: State of the Art Entertainer &amp; one of the best complete home renovations to be done in Bentleigh East. The brief was to increase the footprint of the kitchen making it the central part of the home. The design to the kitchen was to create a large-scale kitchen that would accommodate a large central island bench and feature a stunning glass splashback. The Island bench was installed using ( Caesar Stone ) Turbine Grey and contrasting well with the Cloudburst as the main benches throughout the kitchen including the butler’s pantry. The bathrooms and ensuite were renovated with a contemporary finish, and sourcing a natural timber vanity as the highlight to the bathrooms mood. The use of white subway tiles layed in a herringbone pattern, allowed the grey tiles to contrast well with the black tapware. Transforming this home back to bare bones had its challenges, however the end result was expertly styled in this 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom home and was ready to entertain.</image:caption>
